So I guess i'll start off saying that whenever you want to know what is in a product, you want to look at ingredients. The law for these marketers is that they must list the ingredients in order from highest concentration to lowest. The first ingredient in 4Ever Whey Isolate, is whey protein isolate, which lets you know that is what you are getting. Second thing about this 4Ever protein is the amount of amino acids. Go look at other more expensive and other less expensive brands and no one can compete with the amount of amino acids in 4Ever whey isolate. 14.55 grams of glutamine! 11.17 grams of leucine! I was previously using another fiber powder daily. It was time for a change. I tried PGX along with a couple of others.

The PGX was the only mixture that gave me the dose of fiber I was looking for and included appetite control. At first I thought this was a bit hokey but PGX actually did control my appetite.

In the beginning the appetite control would last until dinner. As my body became more accustomed to the mix I find that I need PGX several times a day. But it works for me.

The only negative is that you can't just mix with water. The powder is coarse and does not dissolve well. If you add some orange juice it hides the undissolved powder and goes down easy.

If you are looking for a daily does of fiber and appetite control (or just appetite control) this is your product.

Hoodia 750 allowed me to lose 65 pounds by reducing my appetite. Finally a diet pill where you don't have to limit your food intake... you just aren't as hungry so you dont eat as much! Take it from a person who has always felt the need to nap whenever possible because of how tired I always am, THIS PRODUCT WORKS! Not only did this help me feel really energized throughout the day, it also helped my Husband too. He would call me out of the blue and tell me how much he was getting done at work because he had the energy to do it. I also stopped napping during the afternoon which is pretty amazing considering I use to take one almost daily after work. We cannot recommend this product more. My bottle ran out and I can tell because I am back to feeling tired throughout the day again.

This product will not make you feel jittery. I use this product along with the Herbalife shakes, celluloss, cell activator, and a multi vitamin and the weight is dropping off of me FAST! Ok I did not actually lose any weight while taking this but it was entirely my fault. I really did like this product and will order it again and put effort into it. It does put you in a great mood whether you are putting effort into dieting or not but I happen to have a ton of activities going on while I was taking this and I completely ate what I wanted anyway regardless of the fact I was not hungry. I do think with a little bit of effort on my end that this product could potentially be an awesome product. So yes I will order it again and put effort into it trying to lose weight because as bad as I hate to say it there is not pill out there that will just take the weight off for you without you trying a little bit.

I bought these pill 3 days ago and it is the best weight loss pill on the market. I've already lost 6lbs in 3 days. I've taken mostly every weight loss pill that they have on the market,every pill I took had a side of effect ie: Nausea, Jitteriness, Head Aches and so on. This is the first pill that I've taken without any problems. The best part is that you never really get hungry. It give you the chance to eat healthy without any cravings or starvations. The first day on the pills I had a cup of yogurt for breakfast, shrimp salad for lunch and chicken salad for dinner. I was full all day long, usally i would climbing up the wall for some Burger King or something unhealthy. I never wanted to cheat or snack and I wasn't acting like a crazy person looking for food all day. This is the Best weight loss pill on the market, I can't believe that is doesn't cost and arm and a leg to get it. I will be a loyal customer for as long as they will have me.

This product has Magnolia Bark in it, which has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years for anxiety and depression. I am never without this product. I was able to go off of medication for depression and ADHD, but, everyone is different. Of course you should consult your doctor first, but chances are they will not know a thing about it because it's a natural product. The Bioperine has black pepper extract which helps lower blood pressure, and the mag. bark also helps with cortisol control so you wont feel like snacking as much. The green tea is for weight loss and a natural boost. This product really does work for me. If you have it shipped overnight, the gel caps could burst in the airplane, and that is a mess! If that happens, put the bottle in the fridge so the spilt product will not spoil.

I bought this product yesterday but it didn't come with such a big price tag. Most stores sell the bottles for $9.00-10.00 each. Try your nearest superstore.

After taking one or two pills before normal lunch/dinner, I didn't even feel that hungry. I knew that I should eat a snack or a small meal, and it helped me control portion size and was able to choose healthier items to eat. Greasy fries? Didn't even feel like eaing them. I'm very happy with Hoodia Gordonii so far... I've always had a hankering for high cholesterol and unhealthy foods.

For $10 a bottle, I was skeptical, but figured I'd give it a shot. It really honestly DOES make you feel full. It's great for beating in-between meal cravings, although I noticed once I started eating my stomach realized it was empty once I stopped, and my appetite returned. It's a good part of a comprehensive diet approach, but it's not the end-all of diet pills.

I have been pleasantly surprised by these pills. They are huge in size, but because they are a gel cap they go down quite easy.
