So I guess i'll start off saying that whenever you want to know what is in a product, you want to look at ingredients. The law for these marketers is that they must list the ingredients in order from highest concentration to lowest. The first ingredient in 4Ever Whey Isolate, is whey protein isolate, which lets you know that is what you are getting. Second thing about this 4Ever protein is the amount of amino acids. Go look at other more expensive and other less expensive brands and no one can compete with the amount of amino acids in 4Ever whey isolate. 14.55 grams of glutamine! 11.17 grams of leucine! This protein is the ultimate protein supplement because of the cost vs. what you get analysis.
