I took the pills for two weeks. I had frequent headaches, bouts of dizziness, stomach discomfort, and I was irritable.
Also, it only controlled my appetite for a couple of hours. After the medication wore off, I was ravenous.
I lost two pounds. But given my experience, it is not worth continuing with this product.

I'm not too thrilled with this product. I'm on my 2nd bottle and I have not seen a difference in my weight or body fat in the last 4 weeks..

I started a nutrition program with controlled portions and a calorie cap that was way under what my super bad eating habits had racked up each day. I was coming home wanting to just eat everything in the fridge and ruin a whole day of doing well until I bought these. I take two in the morning, two more around 4 and I have not felt that need to gnaw off my arm or push children aside to get at a cheeseburger. I don't usually work out until later in the day and find I still have enough energy at that time to easily handle the gym. I'm not jittery at all from the caffeine - usually a cup of coffee will keep me up to 2 am but not having any trouble with these. It's just a week in but I'm very happy with this product so far.

I was disappointed in these, especially since their previous Dexatrim pills worked well. These didn't keep me up at night like the others though. However, they didn't do anything. My appetite wasn't controlled at all. I wasn't jittery. I wasn't anything. These were a complete waste of money.

Today is the first day I've taken these. All day I've felt just uncomfortable. My stomach is bloated, I've been getting dizzy, and it has not suppressed my appetite. My heart has raced a few times too. I assume all these weird feelings are due to the Dexatrim. I am very healthy and never feel bad unless I'm sick, so I can't imagine what else it could be. I may try them one more day, but I'm not sure it's worth it.
...I stuck with it for a few more days. My heart still raced a little, but nothing that I was concerned about. This stuff still never suppressed my appetite whatsoever. Just a waste of $20.
