I would highly recommend this supplement to those with a lifestyle like mine, hectic, and working in a cubicle all day with out the ability to work out all day. This supplement keeps your metabolism in high-gear even when your life doesn't allow it. I have tried many products, but this one did not give me the jitters or any of those "nasty" side effects of some other supplements. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I've been taking this product for 3 months and it hasn't done one bit of good. I actually think it made me feel hungrier. How can companies sell products that claim to do something, but doesn't?

Be very careful when ordering this product! It has St. John's Wort which, as you may know, has very bad interactions with a number of drugs. Amazon did not list all the ingredients!!
